Privacy Policy — RoK 4067 KvK Stats Portal

This portal (rok.kry.la) is a private tool for the PWN alliance family in Rise of Kingdoms (Kingdom 4067) to view Kingdom-vs-Kingdom (KvK) statistics and manage your account. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights. Operated by the alliance leadership. Contact: rok67@kryla.tech.
Data we collect
- Account — display name, email (if you register with email), a securely hashed password (never the plain password).
- Discord (optional) — your Discord user ID and username, if you sign in with or link Discord.
- Telegram (optional) — your Telegram ID and username, if you sign in with or link Telegram, and — only if you choose to share it with the bot — your phone number.
- Game link (optional) — the Governor ID you choose to link, to show your own results.
- Preferences — language, theme, Discord/Telegram DM opt-in.
- Usage — account creation time, last sign-in time, calendar events you mark, roles/alliance assigned to you.
We do not use analytics, ads or third-party trackers and do not profile your IP.
Why we use it
- give you access and show your personal KvK results;
- let leaders manage roles/roster;
- send optional Discord or Telegram notifications (stat updates and event reminders) only if you opt in.
Telegram bot
If you link Telegram, our bot (@RoK4067_bot) can send you direct messages — notifications when the KvK stats are updated and reminders before events. These are optional and off unless you opt in, and you can turn them off any time in your profile. We store your Telegram ID and username, and — only if you tap “share phone number” — your phone number. You can unlink Telegram and delete your saved phone number from your profile at any time.
Game statistics
KvK tables come from the game’s own stats export, keyed to in-game Governor IDs, not to your account — alliance/kingdom data. Deleting your account does not remove public game statistics.
Who can see your data
- You — your profile.
- Alliance leaders/admins — members’ name, email/Discord, linked Governor ID, roles — to run the alliance.
- Discord — its own policy, for login/DMs.
- Telegram — its own policy, for login and bot DMs.
- Hosting — private server, short-term security logs.
Cookies
Only essential — a sign-in session cookie and cookies remembering language/theme. No ad/tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. You can delete it anytime from your profile (removes account, roles, marks). Backups may retain data briefly.
Your rights
- Access/export — “Download my data” in profile.
- Rectify — edit name/Governor ID/preferences in profile.
- Erase — delete account in profile.
- Opt out — turn off Discord/Telegram DMs in profile.
- Remove — unlink Discord/Telegram and delete your saved phone number in profile.

We may update this policy; the date changes; continued use means acceptance.
