RoK Manager

No access? Your alliance leader (R4 / R5) issues the invite link. Ask them for it — or sign in with Discord and a leader will approve you.
FAQ
What is this app for?
Managing the PWN alliance family in Rise of Kingdoms: keeping track of who is in which alliance, planning reorganizations (who should move where), and tracking progress kingdom-wide.
How do I get access?
Either open an invite link from your R4/R5 (it lets you create an account or sign in), or sign in with Discord — then a leader approves you in Admin → Users and grants your role and alliance.
Where does the data come from?
Two sources. The kingdom scan fills the registry with name / power / KP / TC. Alliance membership (who is in which alliance) comes only from rosters you import — the scan does not contain alliance tags.
How do I get my alliance member list into the app?
In-game the member list cannot be copied as text, so you screenshot it and let any AI read it. The Roster page has a ready prompt: copy it, send it with your screenshots to ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, and paste the AI’s text result back. See the step-by-step below.
Can I change the language and theme?
Yes — use the two switchers in the top-right of every page. Language and theme (including light and pony themes) are saved per browser.
What is a “farm / alt”?
A secondary account: an alt (a player’s second governor) or a farm (a low-level account that only gathers resources for a main). They are below the scan cutoff, so they have no scan record and are added manually. They get a “farm” badge in the roster.
In a project, what do “in place” and “moved” mean?
A player is “in place” when their current alliance already equals their target. Because current alliance only updates from a real roster import, being in place IS a confirmed move — so such players count as “moved / done” automatically. You cannot mark someone moved by hand; it is confirmed only by the next roster.
Who can see and do what?
Access is role × section (owner / R5 / R4 / observer) and scoped by alliance. Owners manage everything; R5 manage projects/rosters/imports; R4 manage their own alliance roster and reconcile their own imports; observers read-only. Owners can adjust the exact matrix in Admin → Rights.
What do the project op-statuses mean?
For players who still need to move: not started → contacted → agreed (or refused). Once they actually move, the next roster makes them “in place” and they show as moved automatically.
What is the difference between “Players” and “Roster”?
“Players” is the whole-kingdom registry (every scanned player, kingdom-wide analytics). “Roster” is the current member list of a single alliance — your focused view, where you also update who is currently in it.
